We had a very good experience after Easter weekend. When we arrived on Saturday it was crowded and noisy and the roads were flooded and smelled terrible. By Monday things were quieter and started getting cleaned up. The condo itself was nice and clean and comfortable. Security was very helpful and professional.

An Awesome time at Coasta Atlantica! Great location on the beach and several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff at Costa Atlantica is great and very helpful. Go Punta Cana Real Estate and Vacations (GPCREV) continue to set the standard for customer service, kindness, professionalism, and extremely knowledgeable! BTW, if you are looking to purchase Condos or villas in Punta Cana area you need to speak with Scott Medina, the owner of GPREV. This dude is dialed in - he has been in business in Punta Cana since 2007 - He knows everyone and everyone knows him! He is honest, kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and an AWESOME dude with an AWESOME staff!!!

Fine sand and very clean. Restaurants on both sides of the property will sell you drinks. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas and no extra charge. Always saw security down there - felt very safe. Pool was also lovely.

We had to figure out how to get water delivered (finally thought to ask at the desk - and it was very cheap to get it via Whats App). The water dispenser was gross and full of mold. We took it apart and cleaned it before we used it.

Kitchen was in very rough shape - chunks missing from the cabinets, very minimal dishes, dishwasher barely worked and the door fell open, no dishwasher soap, only a few paper salt and sugar packets - no pepper, etc.

It appears the unit might be for sale, so hopefully the new owner gives it a nice refresh. The location and view are awesome, just like the photos, so if you can look past a few things, highly recommend.

We have always gone to all inclusive resorts. In fact, we have stayed right down the beach at the Melia many times. We will never consider again! This condo was amazing. Our rental experience was so perfect, we have determined that all-inclusives are a waste of money. We stayed at this beautiful condo for 10 days with my husband, my sister and her husband and our single friend. We spent less than we would have for a week at an all inclusive, with the bonus of our spacious beautiful beach, a pool steps away and a wonderful view of the ocean while we sipped coffee on the patio! No rushing to secure chairs, no rushing to get coffee at the buffet before it closed, no rushing to find 5 spots together at the pool. Just lounging in bed, different restaurants every night (or leftovers, or simple homemade guac - I said NO COOKING and we held to that!). Grocery stores short walking distance away with many restaurant choices around the corner. We felt like we had a more interesting and dynamic vacation. The staff at the building could not have been more friendly and helpful, and when we had a small issue with the water cooler the response was quick and friendly! We will absolutely be back!

My wife and adult children stayed here in early November. We found many good places to eat and drink close to the condo. We especially like the restaurant Citrus...had a couple awesome meals there.

We found the large deck with ample seating and great ocean view to be a great place to spend our evenings playing games. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves.

Overall, despite the pandemic, we had a good time and felt very safe. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Costa Atlantica this past week with our family of 6 (four kids ranging in age from 7 to 13). We would absolutely choose to stay at Costa Atlantica in C302 again with our family -- it was a wonderful space with beautiful views and ocean breezes, TONS of space to spread out, and numerous helpful amenities. We LOVED the coolers found in the condo, the beach chairs available on the beach (which was gorgeous and uncrowded with awesome people watching), and the comfortable balcony seating.

The location on the beach was absolutely perfect for our group and the VERY short walk to the village shops and restaurants was really enjoyable every evening. Our group enjoyed Santa Pez, Citrus, Wacamole and Huracan Cafe the most, but we all agreed that in general we did not have a disappointing restaurant experience. We stopped by the Jumbo in downtown Punta Cana to stock up on groceries for Breakfast and Lunch and also used the small market in the village midweek when we ran out of a few things.

We would not hesitate to recommend this location/condo to friends or family or to return ourselves! The privacy and ensuite bathrooms would work great for three couples as well as families.

My husband, two adult children and I spent our family vacation at Costa Atlantica C302. The management company was extremely helpful. They arranged transportation to and from the airport for us. They communicated promptly via email with assistance to any question we had. The description of the condo is perfect. It is beautifully decorated, clean and very spacious. The view from the balcony is exceptional with views of the pool and beach. We spent a lot of time on the beach. The security officer would put loungers out for us each day under palm trees. I did not get his name, but he was the sweetest man, always smiling and helping anyway he could. All the security officers were helpful. The pool was really nice and well maintained. The location was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. There are also restaurants on the beach that are even closer, just a short walk down the beach. We ate at Hurricane Restaurant & King Lobster on the beach. They were both excellent. We would recommend staying here and would stay here again for our own vacation.

We spent 5 nights at Costa Atlantica and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The condo was huge and beautifully decorated. The view from our expansive balcony was amazing. Would definitely recommend this condo to others.

The condo is right on the beach with easy access to restaurants and grocery shopping which are a few blocks away. The pool was nice and there was never a rush to get chairs. They will carry chairs and tables out to the beach and put them wherever you want. We walked the beach several evenings to restaurants. There was security along the way for other resorts, so it felt safe even at night. My only complaints are with the management company. First, the code given by email to enter the property was wrong. We had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to let us in. The lady checking us in said we had to rent chairs for the beach, which was not true. We reserved a taxi for New Year's Eve through the management company that never came, which made for an interesting adventure getting to the restaurant that could be another review. On the day of check out, the management company was 45 minutes late and did not send a taxi for us as requested. My daughter had a 2:00 pm flight, and the lateness of the taxi made us very nervous. Regardless of the mix ups with the management company, I would stay there again because of the beautiful condo.

Great experience as always. My family and I have been going there for years. Its always clean, the staff is amazing, professional, I noticed the apartment was updated and the linens were also updated. Of course one can not expect less from the great realtor and manager Scott Medina. The only complain I have is that I hired a massage and cleaning lady and the manager of that particular apartment building ordered security not to let them in. Of course that was corrected, however, the experience was very unpleasant. I must say it was the first and hopefully shall be the last, or I'll take my business elsewhere.

This condo is just like the photos, only larger! Very clean and well furnished. There are plenty of bathrooms and the bedrooms are large, each with its own bath and large closet. There is a locking safe in the master which was nice. Plenty of linens and beach towels. The blender was not working which was not a big deal, but we did notify management upon departure. We did occasionally smell a sewage water-like odor in the washroom and let management know as well. We were mindful of our electricity usage as we did not want to go over our $210 deposit for the week. We were refunded $14 so we were delighted! The security guards were always present at the front gate or front doors as well as at the beach. The pool was very nice and quiet. The seaweed was quite terrible so we only got in the ocean once, but we did lie on the beach chairs and cool off in the pool which was just steps away. It is a public beach, so be aware of your surroundings and belongings. Lots of boat excursions departing beachfront, so don't expect it to be quiet most of the time. We walked to dinner and to the market every day. Again, be cautious of your surroundings-no one ever bothered us but you can never be too careful. We loved Wacamole (shrimp fajitas!), Kat's Corner (breakfast burritos!), Coyote (hamburgers!), Citrus (Nachos and Shrimp Pasta!), and TOC (walk there on the beach for fish tacos!). We had Victor pick us up at the airport and the $15 stop at the supermarket was well worth it. Be ready to be able to convert pesos to US Dollars. Not many spoke English at the market. We called Victor to transport us to the airport at the end of the week as well. We did the Soana Island excursion which I would not really recommend-still lots of seaweed and sub-par food and it took a long bus ride with stops to get there. We did the Dolphin Swim at Dolphin Discovery which was fantastic! Overall, this was a great vacation and would rent from Punta Cana Real Estate again!

We stayed a week with 2 adults and 3 kids and all had a wonderful time. Condo was more than large enough, clean, decorated nicely, and had everything we needed if we had decided to cook any meals. Kids spent a lot of time in the pool and it was never crowded. While the beach had seaweed on it, which cant be prevented, we had a car and it was only a 25 minute drive to Macao Beach where we found crystal clear water and white sand. Many great restaurants within walking distance and we highly recommend Wacamole and Joy. We ended up eating all our breakfasts at Joy and had two dinners at Wacamole. A little further away is Bavaro Burger where we had the best dinner of our trip. We did a lot of walking in the area and never felt unsafe. There were always 3 security guards at the condo and everyone of them were friendly to all of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Myself and three other ladies stayed here. Pictures and home are an exact match. Location is fabulous, pool is incredible. Beach was great, but there was a lot of seaweed, not sure if this how it always is or just when we were there. Our taxi driver was great and helpful.Overall a wonderful experience and great place to stay.

Our 5 day stay was absolutely wonderful!!! I am so glad I found this condo. Everything was just as shown in the photos. It was in a great location right off the beach. There were 6 of us total and plenty of space for everyone. Shopping and great restaurants within walking distance....thoroughly enjoyed Waucamole(they have a live band on Wednesdays). There are all kinds of activities lined up along the beach. We did a party boat tour, parasailing and the banana boat just to name a few. Our transportation guy(Victor) was extremely helpful. He provided his card so that we could utilize him during our stay. One day we had him take us to Montana Redonda(a must see with exceptional views) and he took us to a different beach which was absolutely gorgeous for an added bonus where we had lunch and chilled for a few hours. He also took us to a cigar factory and shop on the way to the airport. Each one of us ladies can not say enough about our stay in Punta Cana at this marvelous condo...we didn't want to leave!!!

The property is fantastic and the crew and support very helpful. The view and the furniture is as pictured (with some small normal aging). There are only few condos completely finished so eventually the pool is just for you and your family only most of the time. Very good property and well located near walking distance of everything.

Simply amazing! Our family decided on Costa Atlantica A302 for our family vacation Feb 2017 and were extremely satisfied with our choice. The condo is beautiful! The three bedroom, 4.5 bathroom fit our family perfectly. We stayed for a week and had a hard time leaving. The property is located right on the beach with spectacular views that did not disappoint! Aside from the gorgeous accommodations the property is protected by 24 hour security. Thank you for making my family feel welcomed and safe throughout our stay!

Great unit. 3 bedrooms, all with private baths. There was also a maid's bath and a guest bath. Nice they had a couple of coolers in the unit along with beach chairs, but the condo had nice stuff for the beach as well. The place was completely outfitted with all of the needed kitchen utensils, so we took advantage and make fresh breakfast each day. The View was great, everything was clean and working. There was some noise a night or two from some kind of local club, but we had the AC off, so my sense is that would be less of a bother if it had been on. The staff at the condo were great; they kept a close watch keeping strangers out which was a good feeling. The balcony was quite ample which was night as the breeze on most nights was great. Bring bug spray as if the wind dies down, the mosquitoes come out, but that was only one night. The beach access was great, and there was a beach club close by if beach services desired, but we packed a cooler most days and leveraged the unit for food and snacks. The beds were firm, but good and the sheets, towels and the like all of reasonable grade. The taxi company was waiting and the airport, and we do suggest you stop at the market and stock up. We got checked in and our efficiently. Our electrical costs for the week was $60, but we only used the AC modestly. Most of the condo units have not been sold, so this place is quiet right now; not many other guests which was great, but that could change. We loved this place and look forward to returning.

The management company were very efficient and friendly. We had a very relaxing stay! This condo was the perfect size for four adults. We had a wonderful beach experience! Only a short walk to dining and shopping. We will be back!

This was our 2nd stay at Costa Atlantica and just as it was the 1st time, it was again....perfect. Leiny and Carla were excellent and able to answer any questions we had. We ran into a minor issue, one of the thermostats in the bedroom broke. We notified the staff and a member of the maintenance team came and had it fixed the very next morning. Costa Atlantica is slowly becoming our home away from home. We even recommended it to a few people who were traveling and planned on returning soon. I highly recommend this olacd if you're looking for a nice place with the beach right outside your door. If you go, tell Antonio (the security guard during the day) that Jessica from Estados Unidos said "que lo que?" Until next time.......

The Condo was beautifully decorated with an amazing view, right on the beach. So much room in that condo made it very comfortable for us all! The rooms were clean and well kept. Shopping, dining, entertainment, and the rental office were all was in close proximity. My family had an amazing time, we were all happy. Couple of problems for me, no hot water, I called and they sent someone, but it wasn't fixed. Also, the dishes were not all clean.

This was my 1st time to Punta Cana and before I got there, Carla and the rest of the Go Punta Cana team made me feel extremely comfortable. Once we arrived, Carla met us at the condo and she was able to answer any questions we had...that day and throughout our entire stay. We ran into an issue with the safe and Carla did not hesitate to come right over and fix the issue. We felt extremely safe as there is 24 hour security on the premises and we felt right at home. I will most certainly be back for another stay at Costa Atlantica.

This condo and the location were fantastic. The condo is exactly as pictured. There actually is 4-1/2 baths. We did very little cooking, but the condo is fully stocked if you choose to do so. The view from the condo is fantastic. There are not many units sold, which makes it very quiet. There are plenty of chairs to take to the beach, which was appreciated. The condo is an easy walk to the market and restaurants. I cannot say enough about the staff at Go Punta Can Real Estate!! Their customer service skills and attention to guest's needs are second to none. They should be giving lessons. If we had a question or a need, we would send an email and would usually get a response in less than an hour. They are all so kind and helpful. I cannot say enough about Go Punta Cana Real Estate. If you are considering staying in a condo in Punta Cana, stay here at Costa Atlantica A302. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed!

My family and I were so pleased with our condo, perfect place, perfect location, beautiful Decor and well equipped kitchen. We cannot wait to come back again and actually would like to stay longer. It was the best two weeks and most relaxing ever!!!!

Very good stay, please remember the cost of electricity is very high in RD and you need to pay for it additionally.

Pictures on site are exactly spot on. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Felt like home. You have to be mindful of electric usage, which the staff advised us on. Thanks to Addy and Blanka.

This condo is perfect. It has everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation. Here are the positives:
-great location next to restaurants and grocery store
-long chairs to bring to the beach
-nice pool
-well equip kitchen
-comfortable beds

The negatives:
-the clean up prior to our arrival could have been better, the floors were full of sand and dirty (not a big thing, my husband sweep and cleaned all the floors.

On another note, lots of seaweeds in front but you can walk a bit further to get a nicer beach.

Would I go back? Sure, nice location and the rental office staff from Punta Cana Real Estate , specifically Carla Green was really nice to deal with.

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful accommodations, beautiful view, wonderful people. Very relaxing stay. Management company very helpful when planning excursions. We were there over Thanksgiving and we were able to have a traditional Turkey dinner that we shared with the security guard. We were very thankful that our daughter spoke Spanish. This made our stay a lot easier. I would go back in a second.

If you are not interested in all-inclusive, you can't do much better than this. The location is perfect, close to 8 or more restaurants within walking distance and a small grocery store. The place was furnished with new furniture and appliances. Everything was immaculate. We really enjoyed our stay.

We did have a hot water issue when the water heater stopped working. It wasn't the fault of the owner, but they took care of it quickly and seemlessly. i would rent from them again.

I stayed with my family of 5. The property is right on the beach with a beautiful view. 3 large rooms, each with a bathroom. Spacious living area and a very nice fully stocked kitchen. This property is a really nice alternative to staying in the all inclusive mass tourism hotels on the island. Management was very responsive and professional. They arranged the airport pick up by Felix. Felix speaks perfect English and essentially drove us everywhere and became our tour guide. Overall, very highly recommended.

Costa Atlantica was the perfect rental for our family vacation! We were absolutely thrilled with our decision to spend a week there while in Bavaro. The condo itself is beautiful and luxurious. With three bedrooms and more than three full bathrooms, it was incredibly spacious. Everything was perfectly clean, with fresh, new linens and plenty of extra towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances - everything you would need to eat and drink for days. The ceiling fans did a great job keeping the space cool; we didn't need to turn the AC on once.
We enjoyed spending time on the balcony with a gorgeous view of the beach, drinking coffee in the morning, enjoying happy hour before dinner, and relaxing at night. The complex is very safe, with guards on staff at all times. It was lovely to be able to go back and forth between the beach and condo so easily. It is also within walking distances of many restaurants, bars, and stores in the town nearby. The pool was refreshing after and inbetween beach time. Little extras like beach chairs and a cooler came in handy.
Transportation to and from the airport was very helpful, thanks to Ellen and Anny. They also helped by putting us in touch with a local excursion company so we were able to plan many fun outings. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!
