Our priority has always been to provide our guests with premier vacation rental experiences and ensure you feel comfortable from the moment you enter your rental property. While we’ve always gone to great lengths to best maintain and prepare all of our properties, we’ve since updated our operating protocols and are allocating extra cleaning time between guests to disinfect and sanitize all high-touch surfaces. This may mean that your property won’t be ready until check-in time, but you can rest assured that it will be clean and safe for your stay! To limit interaction, we will provide contactless check-in instructions for accessing the unit. Electricity allowance of US$10 per night for daily/weekly rentals. Monthly rentals (28 nights or more) do not include electricity charges (USD$500 electricity deposit). Our price reflects the value and amenities of what we offer, as well as any seasonal, weekly and monthly discounts or minimum stay requirements. This is why the price you see for those dates is the booking price. We are unable to show you any of our units. For the safety and privacy of our guests and to not disturb our guests during their vacations, no showings are allowed. Our listing information, pictures and reviews are accurate and we are happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

An Awesome time at Coasta Atlantica! Great location on the beach and several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff at Costa Atlantica is great and very helpful. Go Punta Cana Real Estate and Vacations (GPCREV) continue to set the standard for customer service, kindness, professionalism, and extremely knowledgeable! BTW, if you are looking to purchase Condos or villas in Punta Cana area you need to speak with Scott Medina, the owner of GPREV. This dude is dialed in - he has been in business in Punta Cana since 2007 - He knows everyone and everyone knows him! He is honest, kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and an AWESOME dude with an AWESOME staff!!!

There was a water leak on the balcony which was fixed promptly. The condo was in need of a bit of updating but the condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The communication with the staff was excellent.

Everything was great, especially considering that it was at the beginning of the second COVID lockdown for the country. The Pool was perfect!! The view from the balcony is magazine worthy. Only downside was the beach, way too much seaweed, and there were no chairs available even if we wanted to enjoy the view. Go Punta Cana Vacations were great to work with and responded very quickly any time I messaged them. I am looking forward to booking with them again on my next trip.

Seaweed does come and go and we all know that Mother Nature is in charge of that department. Under normal circumstances, beaches are cleaned daily to remove seaweed... now with lock down, that is more of a challenge. Hey, but on the bright side... the beaches are open and we get to enjoy the fresh air and open spaces. Normally there are chairs available, due to Covid-19, these are temporarily unavailable. Condo was even better than pictured, location was excellent (walk onto the beach) Restaurant/bar and 2 small shops next door and wonderful, warm friendly people to help with anything. Valeria from go punta cana realty was wonderful. plenty of space and the deck was beautiful with a view to pool, beach and ocean. within walking distance to many restaurants and shops including a grocery. Although the beach was public, we felt we had our own private beach. Less crowded maybe because these are private residences. Security 24/7 making us feel quite safe and secure. Cant say enough good things. *****

Overall good experience. The condo could use a fresh coat of paint, a new couch, and outside couch. Also, I was missing wash rags in the bathroom. Washer lid had to be shut hard to get it to start. May need some maintenance in the future. But, great place overall. I’d stay again and recommend to friends in the future.

The condo was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The staff was very friendly (as are all the Dominican people we met) and eager to help. Don't be scared by the electricity, our bill was very low as there was no need for air conditioning, the ocean breeze was amazing. Bring bug spray as there are no screens. Truly amazing how fluent the Dominicans in Punta Cana were with so many languages, I was super impressed. The beach was a little disappointing with everyone always bugging you to buy stuff but over all it was nice. Thank you for a great time.

Costa Atlantica is a newer small complex directly on the beach and perfect for walking to all amenities and very good restaurants. We had a wonderful month. The complex is not yet completely sold so there are many empty units. Some days we felt we had the pool to ourselves. The units are very spacious and in good condition. The staff on the property and the security are very good. There is one big drawback and that is a restaurant that is directly next door ( which is a good restaurant) but every weekend they have these all night rave beach parties that start about 10 pm and go right through til 7 or 8 am. Makes for some sleepless nights. if they can sort that out I would say it is the perfect place to stay.

Very nice condo centrally located, near all the shops, eating, etc. walking distance from anything you may need on your vacation!! The condo itself is located right on the beach, in a very safe neighborhood with 24 hour security very quiet and calm at night. I will be back soon !

This was my second time renting at Costa Atlantica and hope to rent again in the near future. Carla, from the realty is exceptional in making us feel welcome and not alone while in another country. If it were my rental property, I would be upgrading the living room seating and positioning the flat screen in the corner of the wall so it can be viewed by everyone in the living room. With that said, the condo and location meets all of my expectations while visiting the Dominican.

The appartment is quite dark and you can smell humidity so the air is not very fresh there even if you open the windows. From bedroom side you can see the neigbouring building wall only.

We loved our stay with Costa Atlantica. The condo was in great shape and it was very clean when we arrived. The office had set up a cab and the cab driver took us to get groceries. The check in process was very simple and straight forward thanks to Anny. She was extremely considerate and efficient. She would answer email at all times of the day and night. We did notice our washer was not working upon arrival and Anny took care of it immediately with a team of workers.
We spent most of our time in the pool which was clean and kept up daily. We loved the guards on property and got to talking to many of them. We also loved the beach front access and the water was amazing.
Overall our stay was perfect. The staff at Go Punta Cana were excellent and the condo was very nice. Our experience with Costa Atlantica made it the cherry on the cake.

We had a wonderful stay at Costa Atlantica. The location was ideal! The apartment was steps from the beach and a 5-minute walk from two supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. We traveled as a family to Punta Cana and we loved this unit and it's proximity to the town and it's STEPS away from the beach! It was so nice to sit out on the balcony with the ocean breeze. It is a beautiful condo that includes everything you may need during your stay. Management is great and you have 24 hour security for a peace of mind. Great condo and perfect location!

We stayed at Costa Atlantica for 5 nights over Thanksgiving break. We had an all-around wonderful experience. The apartment was well appointed and clean. The pool and short walk to the beach were awesome for our 3 little kids. The on-site staff and team from go-punta cana real estate were extremely friendly and were available for any issues that came up. I would highly recommend this rental and will surely go back in the future.

Tout a été parfait, merci pour ces 3 semaines passées dans ce lieu. Au bord de la plage,le seul regret est qu'il n'y ait pas un coin privé avec bain de soleil et ombrage, mais les bars de plage le proposent et sont voisins.

The condition of unit was very good.however there was so much construction and maintenance noise every day.Maintenance even knocked on my door so they could walk through our unit to paint balcony.Also had water falling from maintenance cleaning upper balcony.
