Visiting in September, the property wasn’t very busy. Our unit was exactly as described and met every need. Clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Great outdoor spaces with large patio/balcony and outdoor space on roof. The beachside bar and restaurant exceeded expectations. Many nice area restaurants with excellent food. Our favorite was Trebol. Upscale dining reasonably priced for the quality and atmosphere. Beach was not as nice as expected probably due to sargassum control efforts. Had to walk to find clear Caribbean water. Probably a seasonal thing. Overall a very nice way to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday.

Wonderful place. Clean convenient to everything, great beach !. The pro bar that’s on the beach right at the complex, serves the best seafood on Bavaro Beach. We will be back !.

The apt on the fourth floor was spotless and well stocked with linens cooking and kitchen items. We rented a car and drove from the airport which was easy. Upon arrival the security staff directed us to the check in staff who verified our ID’s and placed wrist bands on my wife and I. The self check in messages were simple and easy.
Pools were great and so was the short walk to the beach with security at the gate. We prepared some of our meals and also ate out at the numerous restaurants nearby. Lots of chairs and shade at the beach by the beach bar/restaurant.

Nice place and comfortable Tip:Security is super tight at this property which is nice but you could not even have anyone come over for dinner without a full review process. So if you have any friends in area do not think they can come over and visit. You cannot even have them join you on beach and offer them a chair.

Only would have like some basic things like cooking oil and a salt n pepper shaker and perhaps shampoo. Don't let that stop you. Thums up!!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. The amenities were everything we needed and the location was ideal. One of my favorite things was the balcony where we spent a great deal of time watching and listening to the ocean. The resort is amazing. Everything - shopping, restaurants, etc. - is within walking distance. The beach is beautiful and we found out too late there are bars and shops along the way which we will be checking out next visit. We met a lot of wonderful other guests that have been returning for years and years and I can see why. Our only regret was not staying longer which we will do when we return! Can't wait to go back.

spending 3 months in Punta Cana this year was a lifesaver, not only for physical well being but also for mental health. thank you Scott for providing us with such a lovely condo, not only was it a perfect location, but it provided us with a safe and secure living environment. The staff from GoPunta Cana vacation was always available and responded immediately to any request. Play Turquesa itself has a very welcoming atmosphere from the administrative staff to the groundkeepers. The place is well run and well maintained.
The condo itself was clean and well stocked and overlooked the ocean and pool area.

We had a great time at unit K403 recently and highly recommend it. Everything is as described or shown on the website. Actually it is better as they have installed new kitchen cabinets.
The location is spectacular as the beach is right there and there are many nice restaurants just outside the property. The unit was appointed beyond had everything you would ever need and then some.
Customer service was awesome...rangehood fan didn't work, within half an hour of mentioning it the repairman was at the door.
We had no problems getting chairs at the beach or pool.
Book it if you want a relaxing vacation spot.

This vacation rental was very clean with everything you would need to cook. The 2 washrooms were a nice touch and the balcony had beautiful views of the pool and ocean. We could walk to the BAM market but the selection of fresh fruits and vegetables was not great. The bus ride to the JUMBO was cheap and we felt comfortable taking the bus.

I enjoyed my week long stay in K403. I have been to Punta Cana many times and have stayed in Playa Turquesa before. The location is great. There are many restaurant choices, Bam supermarket easy access, easy access to local bus, beach, 24 hour security etc.. The condo had superb views of the beach, it was clean, well equipped and had a comfortable bed. My favorite part is being able to cook on the grill outside and eat on the peaceful deck with ocean views. Go Punta Cana Realestate makes the rental process organized and convenient. I always feel like I am in good hands when I book a condo through them. From the time I arrived at the airport to the time I flew home I knew the process would go smoothly leaving me more relaxed and able to enjoy my vacation.

Great place to vacation. The condo had an amazing view of the beach and pool. It had a nice and cozy feel to it. It had all the necessities that you may need with the exception of food. We a had minor issue with our refrigerator, but maintenance handled it immediately. It’s located near small shops and restaurants in which it’s all in walking distance. In addition, there is on site security day and night. Lastly, the young lady at the front desk who checked us in, and who’s name I believe starts with a “V” was awesome. She responded immediately to any questions or concerns that we may had.

This is a very nice place to stay. A great beach and close to good food..try Dehila's . Bring spray for cleaning closet order and be prepared for loud noise from concerts. Inspite we loved it.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described and more. The kitchen was very well equipped. We will definitely return in the future.Would not want to stay anywhere else besides K403.

The location was perfect for the 2 of us. All amenities supplied. We loved being so close to the beach and pool. Friendly staff and very helpful.
The beach bar restaurant has friendly staff and delicious food. We can't wait to return. We rate a 5 for all categories. Extremely satisfied.

The vocation rental was great! Very cozy and fully stocked with everything that you need. It was a great location, beautiful view of the pool and beach from the balcony. Bars, restaurants, and market just a few steps away. The only issue that I had is I do not speak Spanish and all the tv channels were in Spanish. But who watches tv on vacation.. Lol

The mattress was comfortable and their were plenty of towels. We did use the washer/dryer a few times and the electricity was very reasonable. We did not use the AC, which can be a little spendy we were told, but there was a wonderful breeze in K403 so we were very comfortable at night.
We have traveled to many locations and would highly recommend this property if you are coming to Punta Cana.

Stayed for November 2017. Condo clean and as presented on website. Everything worked fine. Had a really nice time in the DR as always. Excellent service from GPCRE.

Nice relaxing vacation.

We stayed at K403 in April 2017.
Booking and paying online with GPCRE was straightforward, any queries we had were responded to promptly. Anny met us at the property and provided a wealth of information about the property.
The apartment was clean and was well equipped. There is a large balcony which is shaded in the early morning but has sun for most of the day. However the private terrace of this penthouse apartment was excellent and very versatile with two sun loungers it was a sun trap, whilst also having a covered shaded area and seating.
The apartment has a good view of the ocean and one of the swimming pools. The complex was very quiet the week we stayed and there were always plenty of loungers available at the beach and pool.
There are numerous small supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance of the complex.

This area of Punta Cana/Bavaro is a great location for restaurants and groceries and Playa Turquesa is an easy spot to stay in for a nice break from the world.

We had a wonderful time in Punta Cana. This was our third time to vacation there and we decided to rent a condo. We chose Playa Turquesa and the condo was great. It was clean and has a great view of the beach. Working with Go Punta Cana Real Estate was easy and we had no problems at all. We will definitely use them next year.

We stayed for 4 nights in June 2016 and were very pleased with the accommodations. The pool and beach were a short walk away, beach towels provided with the unit. There was a bar available to order drinks at the beach. Many reasonably priced restaurants and grocery stores located just outside the resort within walking distance. Everyone was friendly and we never felt unsafe exploring the area. It was pretty quiet (low season)and we often had the pool and beach to ourselves.

Playa Turquesa K403 was even more beautiful than described on-line. The property description was accurate and the condo was pristine. I was impressed with the generous amount of linens and towels. The kitchen was well equipped including every utensil imaginable. We loved the serenity of the location and being steps away from the beautiful ocean and clean beach. The condo's view was gorgeous and we enjoyed the pretty balcony furniture. We enjoyed local shopping, dining, snorkeling and scuba diving. We would highly recommend the condo and the attentive management services of Go Punta Cana Real Estate!

My husband and I recently spent 6 days at Playa Turquesa. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was everything I expected and more. It was well equipped with everything you would need. It was clean and well maintained. We will definitely be booking again for a longer stay. The staff was very helpful and everything worked out exactly as they described. Thank you all See you next year if not sooner.

I have been to the DR several times and recently started renting Condos/Apts in place of staying at an All Inclusive. I have stayed in a different Condo located more in land which made it a little more difficult to get to the Ocean. This Condo was right on the Ocean and really reminded me of staying at an All Inclusive. Food/Drink were not included but there was a Market and Restaurants within walking distance. This was so nice because if you needed to get something, you could just walk there. Also, you are right on the Ocean!!! The grounds are well kept and the pools are well maintained. There was plenty of chairs around the pools and on the beach there was a wonderful seating area and a bar.

We are staying here again on our next vacation to the DR.

The condo and complex were great. Much nicer than some of the nearby resorts that seemed very crowded. As expected, be prepared for area vendors being VERY pushy to the point of being rude at times. The beach area was very nice and relaxing, with good ocean swimming area right in front it. Any and all communication with Gopuntacana were excellent. Quick responses by them to any questions and possible issues we had (top notch property management). Only sad part of the vacation was how dirty the beach was with litter and cigarettes after the weekend. I found this sad due to the fact that it was from people staying/living on their private beach. Be prepared for high food and dining costs in the area, but easy access by walking. Definately an adventure compared to staying at an area resort, but well worth it. Very relaxing vacation, and exactly as advertised! Would recommend.

I have returned to Playa Turquesa on many occasions in the past three years. I really enjoy the complex and it's people. The condo had a spectacular view. It was quiet, comfortable,clean and offered an opportunity to venture out to nearby markets so that I could cook in or shop and dine out. The white sandy beaches and turquoise water are breathtaking.

The view was wonderful, the grounds were very well cared for & the beach was near perfect.
Condo was ok but could use some TLC. Some furniture needs replaced. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.
